Sales: totals, date filter, and a row per purchase with Extend and Revoke.

Each photo purchase from your galleries, with revenue, purchase and unique buyer totals across the top.

The date filter changes the totals

Total Revenue is the revenue for the date range you have set, not lifetime revenue. Clear the dates to see everything. The CSV export respects the filter too.

Revenue is the amount buyers were charged. Figures net of Stripe's fees only exist in your Stripe dashboard.

Extend and revoke

Two icon buttons on each row, labelled only on hover.

•Extend sets the download link to expire 30 days from today. It resets the clock rather than adding to what is left, and it will revive an already-expired purchase.
•Revoke ends a buyer’s access by using up their remaining downloads. The row then reads Exhausted.

Revoke cannot be undone from this screen, and Extend will not restore access afterwards, because the download count stays used up. Be deliberate, the two buttons sit next to each other with no text labels.

The list has no search or sorting; the date range is the only filter.
