Names and captions by hand

General Tags

General Tags: each tag with its scope, an on/off switch, and edit and delete
Controlled Keywords: each tag with its scope, an on/off switch, and edit and delete.
A universal tag
A universal tag: All galleries, so it shows in the review modal everywhere.
A scoped tag: Specific rosters, so it shows only on galleries matched against WVB 2026
A scoped tag: Specific rosters, so it shows only on galleries matched against WVB 2026.

Tags that are not athletes, Fans, Venue, Spirit Groups, appearing above the roster groups in the photo review modal.

Each keyword is either universal, showing in each gallery, or scoped to specific categories and subcategories so it only appears where it makes sense.

The switch on each row enables or disables the tag. A disabled tag disappears from the review modal but keeps its settings, so it can be switched back on for the next season.

GalleryID

Athlete naming for sports photographers and athletic departments. GalleryID Desktop ingests, culls and captions on your own computer, and nothing is uploaded; SidelineID is Desktop on your phone at the game. GalleryID Cloud is the hosted archive you search by athlete name. The built-in Roster Library covers NCAA Division I, II and III and the major US pro leagues.
